1. Introduction Welcome to Arc MRCS. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Arc MRCS and govern your use of the Arc MRCS mobile application. By accessing, downloading, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Arc MRCS app.
2. Licence to Use Arc MRCS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the mobile application solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any Arc MRCS service or its contents, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
3. User Accounts and Security You are required to register for an account to access certain features of the app. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Arc MRCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the application, its content, and the underlying software are owned by Arc MRCS. This includes, but is not limited to, articles, text, graphics, logos, images, and software. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our material, except as explicitly permitted by these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Arc MRCS app will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Arc MRCS, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, or employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use, or inability to use, the Arc MRCS app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arc MRCS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the app, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the application’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorised in these Terms and Conditions.
9. Modifications to Terms Arc MRCS reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted, and apply to all access to and use of the app thereafter. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the International laws. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Arc MRCS related to these Terms will be conducted exclusively according to international law.

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Wyoming, USA. Arc MRCS and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
